It has been six months since Pippa Middleton welcomed her son Arthur and she is finally opening up about motherhood! Kate Middleton’s sister was featured in Waitrose Kitchen magazine and chatted about her baby in the interview for the new issue.
Pippa, who is known to have worked out even during the pregnancy, also revealed how she is keeping fit while having to care for the baby boy.
‘Starting my son Arthur swimming at four months old has given him confidence and enjoyment in the water. He is now six months old, and swimming’s one of our favorite activities. The exercise helps guarantee his sound daytime sleeps, and all that movement has also improved his digestion. Water activity’s a great form of exercise that you can do with your baby!’ she shared with the news outlet.
As fans of the royal family know, baby Arthur is fathered by Pippa’s husband James Matthews.
The child was born on October 15 and by January, it already looked like the 35-year-old mother had lost all the baby weight!
At the time, she showed off her toned body in a bathing suit while at the beach.
That being said, she admitted that ‘I’m fanatical about sport and I have looked at many books and sites on exercise during pregnancy but have been disappointed by the limited technical information on what you can and cannot do. I decided to just adapted my current routine, adjusting the weight and intensity to what felt right for me.’
