Mithila has been the subject of body shaming. "I perpetually get trolled and body shamed," she said, per Hindustan Times. "People keep posting on social media and say why you don't eat something. You look so skinny." She says she can't win with them. "Some people like my physique and ask me, 'why are you so slim', some question and advice me, 'it's not healthy to be this thin. Do you starve yourself?'

Mithila maintains that despite her slender figure, she is eating a lot. "I want to tell them all that I love to binge eat, without feeling conscious of gaining weight. I like trying out new cuisines and don't fuss about it," she added. "I give all the credit to the good metabolism I have that helps me stay slim."

Mathila exercises. "I do functional training for core strength building," she said. "Feel comfortable in your skin and remember that it's important to be disciplined when it comes to your fitness routine. Workout leads to good health and there is no downside to it. Even if it is one thing that you do every day in your workout routine, do that religiously."

In addition to following "a healthy routine in order to put some discipline in yourself," which Mathila maintains is her "mantra in life," she suggests breathwork. "Breathe in, breathe out is my message. We all need to remind ourselves to do that. Take a moment, breathe in breathe out and believe everything is going to be okay," she told Deccan Chronicle.

Mathila drinks a lot of water not only for her insides, but her out. "For that inside-out glow, I exercise, stay hydrated through the day," she told The Hans India . As for diet, "eat a balanced diet with greens, nuts and fresh fruits too."
