The drama between Johnny Depp and his fellow actress and ex wife Amber Heard is not even close to ending! In fact, it looks like it has just gotten worse!
Amid reports that the actor has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the actress over her ‘elaborate scheme,’ another detail about their past also emerged.
That being said, Johnny Depp accuses her of having an affair with Elon Musk from the very beginning.
Supposedly, Amber and the Tesla founder started an affair only one month after she had tied the knot with Johnny.
Before now, it was believed that Heard and Musk only dated briefly following her messy divorce from Depp.
The lawsuit, however, states that ‘Unbeknownst to Mr. Depp, no later than one month after his marriage to Ms. Heard, she was spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and Space X founder, Elon Musk.’
It goes on to detail that ‘Only one calendar month after Depp and Heard were married—while Depp was out of the country, Eastern Columbia Building personnel testified that Heard received Musk ‘late at night’ at Depp’s penthouse. Specifically, Heard asked the staff at the Eastern Columbia Building to give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night,’ and they testified that they did so.’
The staff apparently claimed to see Elon Musk leaving the following morning.
This took place back in 2015 not too long after Amber allegedly threw a vodka bottle at Johnny, injuring one of his fingers to the point that it had to be surgically reattached.
The argument, the suit mentions, started when Johnny proposed they should enter a post-nuptial agreement, something that infuriated Amber and caused her to become violent.
